Lucy Lawless hails from New Zealand and she is a performer, actress, singer, and musician. Her most well-known work is the notable roles she played in a variety of popular television and film series including Xena Warrior Princess and Spartacus Blood and Sand. This role was initially intended for actress Vanessa Angel but ultimately went to Lucy after she was unable to attend the shooting due to illness.
